FreeMiumHosting offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all of our shared hosting & reseller hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible to request a refund. This guarantee applies only to new customers and new orders. Renewals and subsequent purchases are not eligible for a refund under this policy.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 7 day money-back guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your request for a refund must be submitted within 7 days (or 168 hours) of your initial purchase. Any requests after this period will not be entertained in any conditions.
  • Your account must be in good standing, with no violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. If you violate or abuse any of our terms of service you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Only the hosting plan’s base fee is eligible for a refund. Additional services, domain registrations, and add-ons are non-refundable.


The following are not eligible for a refund under this policy:

  • Domain registration, renewal & transfer fees are non-refundable including GST.
  • Dedicated server and Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting plans are not eligible for refunds.
  • Renewal payments of any hosting plan are non-refundable. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a hosting plan.
  • You can request a refund once for a particular product within a 60-day period using your account. Any misuse of this policy will not be allowed. If one person registers two or more accounts, all the accounts and associated services will be taken down and suspended.

To request a refund within the 7-day period, please follow these steps:

  5. Provide your order details, including your account username and invoice number.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval. The refund amount will be calculated based on the hosting plan’s base fee, minus any discounts or promotional pricing. Any additional services, domain registration fees, or add-ons will not be included in the refund.
